Disgusting Service by Supersonic

I am disgusted with the service. On the 16th April I sent a cancellation request for LTE to Supersonics cancellation department since then I followed up daily receiving no response from them only acknowledged generated note stating an agent would call me back. I called them and hung up cause it is an endless wait on the phone. Supersonic is quick to sign you up but when its cancellation time they totally ignore you. Disgusted.
