Disgusting Service, Beware they will end up charging you more!

Disgusted and appalling service with Supersonic. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, especially not for your business. They will end up costing your business. They will increase your fees without advising you, this is not what I signed up for.

I sent an email querying my account on the 27/05/2021 and again on the 31/05/2021. I reached out on whatsapp, I contacted Supersonic on facebook on the 31/05/2021 asking to get this looked into only to be advised I could expect a call back, I am still waiting. I called yesterday again as I then got disconnected, I’ve asked for this call to be escalated to Team Leader and got transferred to accounts of which I was caller number 24. I called 3 times and requested a call back, I finally got a call back this morning at 9am. I literally had to wait for 2 hours finally caller number 1 only to be disconnected. This is now costing my business revenue.

I have requested my signed agreement terms to be sent, only to be sent a link to a standard agreement. This is my right!

The service is exceptionally poor, Operations , Collections and Finance department really needs some serious attention. FCR needs attention and lack of accountability with staff.

You are lucky if you get to speak to any consultant n their operation to resolve any query or to even speak to you! BEWARE!
