Disgusting Service!!!!!

I cannot even begin to describe the horrible service I received from Supersonic these past three weeks. I have been requesting to speaking to a manger for weeks and nobody has bothered to email or call me regarding my query. My wife package was increased 6 months after I had requested for it to be decreased and I only got the email when I started making enquiries about it. Nobody can tell me why they increased the package instead of increasing it and why my last payment cannot be accounted for. Worst of all I have not been able to get into the website to check my account despite changing my number with them.

A manager must call me asap or else I am going to the ombudsman.
