Disgusting service
Pathetic service. Cancelled effective end June. I get a confirmation and then they don’t cut off. A few days later they cut me off but hold onto to my line. Apparently it’s because I’m owing them money. Biggest load of *******. I was forced to move to supersonic from Nepic. I started paying Nepic in advance which continued to supersonic. Now they say I pay in arrears. *****, cheats I won’t pay you a cent. Give me my line back. U owe me money because of your connection that never worked which I paid for

09 Jul 2021, 17:28Thank you for your reply. Yesterday I was told that someone will phone me within 4 to 8 hours. I’m still waiting. No one has called. I had to phone back today to follow up. Needless to say that I waited half an hour before my call was taken..
