Disgusting service

Hi everyone

Please, please, do not use Supersonic for your wifi needs. They are really the worst company in the world.

They don't get back to you...... They change account numbers AND KEEP YOUR CREDIT THAT THEY OWE YOU..... I spoke to them on the 9 February 2024 and I am still WAITING FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME WITH REGARDS TO THE REFUND THEY OWE ME.....

IF YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED, THEN USE THEM, BUT IF YOU CAN RATHER FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER, GO WITH THEM.
