DISGUSTING SERVICE
I am highly disappointed at the service you have provided to my elderly mother , she ha been a great client never late on her payments but yet you fail to switch her from her making her own payment to debit order so that its easier for her . She has been asking to be placed on debit order for the past 2 months bow she sits with no service , this is disgusting to say the least , i would not want to be part of your client base as you don't know how to treat clients . I NEED SOMEONE TO SORT THIS OUT ASAP FOR MY MOTHER OR ESE I WILL TAKE THIS HIGHER

Tell me something are you guys doing anything about the bad reviews you are getting its beyond bad . My mother will be waiting for your Call ***

30 Oct 2021, 10:18she now wants a debit order why is that difficult to do , she cant keep doing this every month and the dates keep changing , kindly process the debit order and if you cant cancel the subscription and i will go elsewhere
