Disgusting customer service!

The worse ISP I’ve ever had to deal with. I cancelled my service via email over a month ago. Save for the automated response, I still haven’t been contacted by any of their agents. I have since sent multiple follow up emails, calls and their WhatsApp service with no responses. I need my service cancelled ASAP and my line released so that I can move somewhere with better customer service.
