Disgusting and Pathetic service
I've placed an order on the 15.03.2021 I waited almost 30 days for a technician to assist me finally installed and no router, no feedback. There is a co-ordinator called Thembi which is utterly and pathetically useless. Day 31 of request and no internet. Afrihost did in 4 days what supersonic attempted to do and still pending. Only reason I'm not with Afrihost is because supersonic is holding me hostage charging for a bogus line. The technicians did not even attempt to clean after they completed. Wires and plastic all over. Filthy service from all ends. Stay Away from thus putrid service

17 Apr 2021, 10:51Still no feedback after 24 hours and Thembi is still placing my order. Your company is a joke. If I don't get feedback today I will contact another sp and will refuse to pay supersonic anything.
