Disgusting and Horrible service from Supersonic ISP

Slow internet speed since Monday 07 March 2022. Following day call their call centre spoke to Nhlanhla from their customer care department , the guy was clueless worst part he told he will call me after 10mins till this day. Wednesday called their call center was on the line for over 30 min with no response. Logged into the company portal log a ticket in regards to my query the response was so lame " The tower around my area is down " from there the ticket was closed without any further explanation when will the matter be resolved. So frustrated and disgusted with Supersonic treating me like I don't pay for those services. Till today I have to make plan for my connection.i hope the big bosses can see what is going on there.Very disappointed.
