Disgusted with Supersonic ISP

If I could Supersonic a 0, I would. They are the worst ISP with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They don't answer your calls, you can raise a ticket which are just ignored and closed after a month! I've been battling with them to sort out my account for 10 months now, yet no response from them. AND don't even try to speak to their financial department, it is totally impossible... Disgusted with Supersonic internet providers!!
