Disgusted

We have been using FLTE for the past few months, all of a sudden there is a spike in usage. We have never come close to exceeding our 150 gig anytime data, but for the past 3 months this has not been the case. Week one of abnormal usage, we downloaded the app which verified we were hacked. All passwords changed. We can now view which devices on wifi and block them if necessary, but next month the same usage with no additional devices. We had to buy extra data, even worse this month, already ran out. AND my husband got a second job, so no one at home most of the day. They are falsifying data to gain extra income from data purchased. Disgusted!!!!
