Disgruntled Supersonic Customer

Supersonic has the worst possible network one could find. They have monopolized the market in the Hartbee****rt area, specifically Xanadu. The call centre agents have no people s****s, they have dropped the call on me on numerous occasions and talk down when offering a resolution to the line speed issues when you call in for assistance. I am paying R 1 149.00 a month for a 100mbps line which doesn't provide a stable line speed plus the best I have witnessed via a hard line connection to the modem was 42.1 Mbps download and 18.7 Mbps upload. I would not recommend supersonic to anybody as they are a complete ripoff.
