Disgruntled Supersonic airfibre customer

I have been with supersonic air fibre for the past 20 months and their internet is not working when escalating the matter on wattsapp I always get an automated message telling me about outages in remote cities or provinces . These guys are just making money from us their internet is not working and there's always empty promises to fix the problem.
