Disgrantling service ever

I have waited for almost a full month and Half just for them to send SADV to come and install a ONT box. Evrrytime I followed up I was told that it takes up to 14days even when it has passed. Mind you it only takes 2 minutes for a ONT to be installed and I had there is always a SADV vehicle in my complex.

Today I decided to send them a what'sapp and cancel and response I got was disgrantling. The person responded that they were going to the coordinator to cancel. There was no apology or atleast try find a way to get me not cancel. Worst service ever. All my friends are canceling
