DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

We heard such great news about Supersonic internet provider in Pretoria, Gauteng, but this service is such a disgrace!!! We have been with them for 3 months now and during all 3 months there were times that our internet would just be shut down. Yesterday we had the same problem and today again. We called the technical support (held for 10 minutes) where after someone picked up the phone and disconnected us again. Their whatsapp service is pathetic - we have sent them an enquiry this morning and still no reply. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone!!!
