DISGRACEFUL Customer Service

This ISP has THE MOST DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA. I have have been trying to resolve a billing issue THAT THEY CREATED for 3 months, and still cannot get it resolved. I cannot get a response to emails. I cannot escalate. DON'T USE THIS ISP!!
