Disconnected for arrrears that i know NOTHING about. Uncontactable???

Cannot get hold of Supersonic on ANY platforms today. Disconnected my service for arrears that i know NOTHING about. Not a single statement shows arrears. This is NOT the service i am used to after being a client for decades.
