Disaster of an ISP!!!
I wish there was a less than 1-star rating because Supersonic would truly deserve a big fat ZERO! The worst ISP I have dealt with in a long time and that includes TELKOM! The worst customer service experience and still no luck in getting my line sorted out. Now when I try and cancel my service the just go quiet! DO NOT SIGN-UP with Supersonic... You will be sorry!

It has now been a week since you told me that somebody would be contacting me and I have heard absolutely NOTHING.
I received an auto reply to my cancellation request also stating that I would be contacted “as soon as possible” and... NOTHING!
How do you run a business like this? It’s disgusting!
