Disappointing Supersonic Service

I have been trying to contact the business via Whatsapp, their website and email and to think that they will bother to call back or respond to the messages. The router heats up and I struggle with connection. At this point I have no idea what to do. I am really upset that they portray no customer service and to see how many people are already complaining about their service.
