disappointing service/support STILL
Seems its not going to get any better here, support/billing/service desk/whatsapp is all quite pointless, as you cannot get ahold of anyone to assist you with anything, EVen if you number 1 in queue, you will sit 30mins plus without help. So much fun trying to get things done for a month now.
