disappointing service/support

Recently their service and ability to assist a person has gone down hill, internet connection paid for is a 100/100mbps and they only give me 1mbps, and trying to get hold of support you hang on for 20+ minutes to no answer, and then you get asked if they can call you back, and that never happens. And you never know why your connection is out, as they provide no form of network updates or anything. Seems it is time to move away from them for good.
