Disappointing service from Supersonic

I installed my Fibre WiFi line with Supersonic on 15 November 2022 and have been having endless problems with connectivity. I cancelled my RAIN connection to go with Supersonic cause I thought RAIN was a useless service provider. I am now paying more with Supersonic but don't Evan have WiFi. Please can somebody help me get connectivity.
