Disappointing service

Am totally disappointed in the service that someone that I referred has received. They placed orders and paid for them and all his orders have suddenly disappeared from the system and he is getting no answers. He posted a review yesterday and was promised a call shortly, he still waits and cannot post another review on the matter, hence I am doing this. I almost called my exciting packages and he told me not to be hasty, but am going to watch this closely and if nothing comes out of it today, am closing my account and will convince all other people that I know to do the same.
