DISAPPOINTING

I’ve been without internet for almost 3 days. Every month the WiFi drops , for no reason , I log tickets but no one ever gets back to me. This time it’s been the worst, it just flashes lights then a red light comes on , then flashes again. No assistance from the company, and to have to buy data to hotspot for work for this long is expensive seeing as I’ve already paid for a service that doesn’t work! And who knows how long it’ll go on for as we never get feedback. Disappointing is an understatement
