Disappointed with supersonic wifi network provider

I have been paying my subscription every month only for them to cut me off midway claiming that l have arears. I tried reaching out to them but they don't answer and never get back . Now l don't know what to do even if l want to terminate the contract because they don't have an office in western Cape
