Disappointed in this service

Very disappointed in this service. We have been trying to phone from yesterday and held on for a total of 3 hours just to hear "send your query on Whatsapp" where they gave absolutely no assistance. Cancelling our contract at the end of this month. Please guys, if you want to provide this kind of service, PLEASE be of assistance to your customers.
