Supersonic. At this point you must really look into your staff and if they actually doing their work... it's been over 6 months that I've asked for my account to be canceled. I've spoken to Busi, Nkuli the list is endless. The line was suspended as I got a call from Vox or Vumatel asking why I'm suspending the line etc.. today I get an email saying I owe 5k for a line that's not been used in months... I will not accept this and I hope hellopeter or the complaints at Supersonic board notices this because I've complained way too many times about you from the get go and you are asking legal action when I believe this account was closed.. no communication from anyone whatsoever as usual and I doubt I'll even get a response...but if no one sorts this out I will come to 14th Avenue and I will not let this slide at all...
