Disappointed again
Why am I being throttled? I am on a capped package. Your terms and conditions specify that uncapped packages/lines will be subject to throttling whereas capped lines are not.
I went from reaching speeds of 79.1mbps download and upload of 35.6mbps. I now barely get 3.00mbps download and 1.5mbps upload.
It has been this way for weeks but I thought it could be a network issue but this is definitely throttling.
Why?
