Deserve ZERO stars - TERRIBLE BANDWITH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - save yourself HIGH Blood pressure.
THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD FOR FIBRE. STAY AWAY COMPLETELY. They state 10mb up and 10mb down. For over 1 year I am battling to get 5mb up and 3mb down. Then I finally cancel and move to a new service provider, they call to retain my business and suddenly thereafter I am getting 17mb up and 17 mb down. Amazing how they resolve issues after I cancel. Then I cancel and they block my line and now I am calling 3 times day to get my line released for my new ISP to start. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANDWITH. DON'T EVER USE THEM - UNLESS YOU LIKE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BEING CONSTANTLY ANNOYED!!!!!

19 May 2021, 17:40Not even a courtesy call today to try and resolve the issue. Just the empty promise above. I phoned 7 times today and finally got my line released. Must have made around 30 calls already since last week. And then they release my line effective the end of the month, so still without WIFI. So now I am chasing them to release it immediately. STAY AWAY Guys.....
