Deplorable service from Supersonic

I honestly cannot fathom how Supersonic has deteriorated to these shocking service levels! Constant outages that take forever to be resolved, no communication and the less said about their so-called call centre, the better. I am sitting here without connectivity for close to 24 hours and cannot get anyone from Supersonic to resolve this, call centre can't be reached ,their social media account has ignored my requests for assistance and now I am here!!!!! I cannot wait to be rid of this deplorable company that spits in its customers' face!
