Delivered sim not working

Delivered sim today by ram not working , even though the ram driver scanned sim etc

pretty sure the sim have not been rica on my account its till showing old sim number can someone please assist as the whatsapp is beyond useless

have noticed the replacement sim is a new package instead of the replacement of the uncapped i had?

so the replacement sim add this to my account  30/30 MTN LTE Bundle

where as the sim should have just replaced the missing sim of the uncapped package i have???
