Delivered a router without a sim card - Ref KEI5QCC

I received my router for a new service and there is no sim card. Guess what, i call them and they say the sim is on its way. Why deliver a router without a sim card? Call centre agent does not have time lines, nothing. All she could give me was a reference number for the incompetence. I'm going to take you to task on this one and you will never get a penny from me ever again. You cannot call yourself an IT company and yet behave so ***********ly.
