Debt Order going off account after canceling services
Debt order is going off my account after I cancelled my services in October. I gave a month's notice and paid it like they requested. I've sent the router back and paid for the couriers as well. After name emails calls, reporting it on the net and complaining on Hello Peter they still deducting the monthly fees off my account This is company is useless.

Kindly be advised there's a pending credit note that is waiting for approval from our billing team for the December invoice that was not suppose to be generated, hence your cancellation took place on the 1st of December 2022.
A follow-up has been made with our billing team as we requested the approval of your credit note.
