******* debits for services not rendered

Supersonic must me the worst service provider we have on the planet. They actually dont deserve any stars. I battled with trying to get them to service me with wifi. with no success form October 24 to January 25. Although their service team has confirmed that they are unable to service me, they continue to debit my account. We did not give them an instruction to debit our account. But every month since January 25 the keep debiting my account. I have sent them emails to refrain from this, but they still continue to debit my account.
