Debit orders still going off after cancellation

I have cancelled my services with Supersonic on 1 Jan 2024.

I received email confirmation that the service has been stopped.

Yet you still take the debit orders off my account. I have phoned with no assistance. I have emailed with no assistance.

I stopped using your service because of the terrible customer service and even after canceling it continues.
