Debit order

my account has been debited incorrectly my monthly premium which is supposed to be R536.00 has now increased to 900 I have tried calling supersonic with no success iam so dissatisfied with the service they kept me on hold for more than 2 hours still unreachable iam no unable to reverse the debit order on my app
