Dealing with Supersonic is Headache!

If you wish to be frustrated and helpless choose Supersonic or any company related to MTN. Save yourself the headache particularly if you are a remote worker or get an alternative source of connection to be safe. Straight to the point, you will never get a hold of them via call. Emails get answered after days, at times not at all unless escalated by Evotel. Tying yourself to a 12 month contract is a nightmare as no issue brought to them will be addressed. I regret ever getting into business with a company linked to MTN again. As I have experienced the same with MTN customer service. But I'm not letting this one slide. If you are experiencing the same please contact the ISPA.
