I placed and order for 2 devices on the 3rd of August and even paid for them, to date, I have not received them and asked for a refund and I I keep on getting is that the project manager will get back to me and that has not happed. Supersonic are ******, because they request payment before you even submit your rica documents, only for them to tell you that you address on the rica document does not match the delivery address. I then later went to the bank to get my address changed and sent them the new proof of address, which their just as *********** system did no accept. I was told to cancel my order and place a new one by Joshua Chinniah on email which I tried doing, but I was not credited for my cancellation and was required to pay for my new order, which I clearly will not do. becaused I have already been ******** out of my money. I requested a refund from them and the same Joshua is now ignoring my emails and there has never been any communication from them.

I have called and sent messages, but all have fell on deaf ears. My next step is to contact the consumer council to assist in this matter, as there is no commitment from this company to resolve my issue!!!! This has become a very time consuming inconvenience due to incompetence and no respect for a customer!!!
