Day 10 : No support form Supersonic Ticket SST349074
Day 10 : No support form Supersonic Ticket SST349074. Whatsapp comunication does not even work. They keep DM me blaming Vumatel. Vumatel then comes out tests everything. With all test good. Then they say they'll refer the issue to the network engineers. Then they come with sorry again that vumatel is at fault again. Vumatel does the same test again all is good. Then the refer the issue to MTN network engineers. Then they blame Vumatel again. I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED ISP. THEY ARE USELESS.
