Day 1 .. brand new customer ... and guess what... no internet

Day 1 as a brand new client ... no Imternet .. 3 calls to customer care ... 3 different answers...latest is ... sim is faulty... So what now ?????

Although I've also now been told that the 5G tower I connect to doesn't work during loadsheddin either.. is ridiculous .. so want this canceled and refunded

Im Still waiting for my credit and refund ... promised by your team leaders.. I have the names ... plus endless reference numbers fir logged complaints.... i will keep posting until sorted ... pathetic service and empty promises... for a service that's never been switched on... and canceled same day as router and non working sim received.... I'm waiting .........
