Customer service unresponsive/unreachable

We started out with service being good - delivering what is expected.

We then moved, and I organized all of that on their Whatsapp group, also downgrading to a slower speed. After moving to the new premises (we moved a few days earlier due to the lockdown), I wanted to arrange to activate our Fibre a few days earlier. I contacted them on Whatsapp group, only receiving useless responses, not getting any closer to activating the line. I mean - just switch it on, not so?

After about 2 days of stuggling it was activated, without any notice from them.

A few days later I noticed that most of my devices connected to the Wifi, but had "no internet". I reported again on Whatsapp. Same story. This took a couple of days with a response about once a day. Also phonedm but no success. I then decided to setup my old router, and all issues was resolved - NOT BY THEM!

Now, since Thursday evening 30 April 2020, no devices had internet. I contacted them via WHatsapp Firday morning at 7:00 when the call center opens. Also tried calling a few times, but on hold the whole time. At about 13:30 I got a message on Whatsapp, again not really of any use. So I rep****, but then the waiting starts again. I phoned a few times eventually connecting with an agent - whos said the issue is with Vumatel and logged a call with Vumatel. Vumatel called me within about an hour, but the address on the order was wromng (stil my old address) and he had to send the order back and request they update and then send it to them again. In the meantime I keep Whatsapping out of frustration.

Saturday morning I send a Whatsapp message. Also called them aboiut 3 times, just on hold wasting about 100 minutes airtime in the process (since Friday). It is now 14:20 and still absolutely nothing from them.

This is unacceptable service. If something is wrong, I expect it to be rectified within a decent time frame.

I checked on Hello Peter - there are 440 reviews for SUpersonic with average rating of 1.4. I also checked Cool Ideas, with only 1 5 star review. NO NEGATIVE REVIEWS!
