Customer service unavailable and non existing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying this as a last resort.

I have been trying to cancel my account for nearly two years. When I called them, they have given me an email address that is basically non existing and said I can only cancel my account via email!?

The stupid email keeps bouncing back to me! It is not working!

After not receiving any response from them, I tried calling and canceling this month to month account and sometimes I am waiting more than two hours to get this issue resolved!!!!

They keep billing me even though my account is long ago suspended, because there is no way of reaching their customer service to cancel this ISP. The phone keeps ringing and when someone eventually picks up, it is impossible to understand or hear the agent on the other side.

How in your right mind can you keep billing someone who did not sign a contract and expect a consumer to be stupid enough to pay it?

I want my account to be cancelled and sc****d from your system!

This ISP is definitely not legitimate!!! Is anybody even working there?
