Customer service non-existing.

Very bad customer service. Keep on sending me statements that I am in arrears yet I have proof of every month's payment. I raise tickets, send mails, go on their whatsapp bots, but they still refuse to contact me. Be careful. Can anyone reading this pse confirm a proper ISP?
