Customer service is a disgusting
I have been calling to get helo with line activation i had to hold for 3 hours waiting and after waiting my call got transferred to the next department which i had to hold for another hour and no help gosh my airtime!!!!
They say press star they will get back to you did that saturday till today Tuesday no one called
I had meeting i had to cancel because the issue hasn't been sorted out my employers time was abused and my airtime was wasted. Customer service for supersonic is a let down I have

Guess what as expected none of them called cause all you agents do is lie to us frustrated customers. I still have no wifi and i have not worked the whole day all my meetings i had to cancel thank you supersonic for making me look like an ass.
