Customer service from hell!!!!

I ordered Fibre installation on their whatsapp number. They had an agent (Bongane Dube) call me every day to demand payment... Once I had finally made payment - literally had no one to speak to aside from their whatsapp bot which was borderline useless - had to buy airtime to finally call their call center which I was promised that a Catherine - would call me before close of business... I am still waiting to date... I still don't have wifi installation - this company is a ****!!!
