Customer Service

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received, *********** staff never able to provide a solution other than switch your router off and on again, and a bill despute going on and being "investigated" for the last year. Nobody ever gets back to me, I have to keep wasting my airtime calling in just to be frustrated all over again by someone else that can't assist me.
