Customer Service
Customer service is pathetic. No follow ups are made by Supersonic unless you take it upon yourself to follow up enquires. I've been incorrectly billed on numerous occasions and still this has not been resolved. When you call into the call centre, you constantly speaking to new agents, re-explaining your enquiry and getting new case numbers which are never resolved.
