Customer service
Most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced.
They can't give you an exact cause of the problem or reason why you don't have connectivity, dissappear on a WhatsApp chat for long and then come back to say we have not had a response yadi Yada.
I haven't had connections the entire day and still no solution or at lease a proper response
