Customer and sales service the worst

Worst experience ever. First they bill me for a service which is yet to be installed. Then they sell me a service that is not available in my area even after I told thwm the service is not here they push until the technian is here telling them the same thing. Then they want to say that it is my fault cause I requested the service. Do not trust this team
