This company is really a crazy company. I am trying to cancel my service since the 19/11/2021 and nobody can confirm or provide feedback.
Whoever reads this review, I strongly recommend that you keep as far away from this company as possible. They *******, they won't allow you to cancel so that they can get as much money out of you as possible. I have spoken to a dozen people now and they either say they will phone you back and/or send a confirmation email but neither ever happens. They even drop the call sometimes.
I will keep writing negative reviews until this gets sorted. A Wesley contacted me to show that they reply on Hellopeter but then you can never get hold of him again.
If anyone out there ever does a crazy thing like signing up with Supersonic I recommend that you have a lawyer close by.
Somebody gets hold of you so that it looks like the company responds (whoever reads don't be fooled by the business replies) but they just tell you that they will try sort it out and you never hear from them again. The problem never gets sorted.
There is something very wrong with this company, who ever reads this should not get involved as they give you no service but take all your money. They can't even sort out basic issues.
